The Herringbone Linen Scarf 3

The reason why

For this new summer scarf, we asked for the 5th oldest Textile company in France: Lemaitre Demeestere. They have been working linen since 1835. Of course, this scarf is 100% linen - a perfect material for summer, durable, ecological and made in France. With its mini-chevron patterns and subtle colors, it will perfectly dress your summer outfits!

A linen scarf. Why?

In summer, this piece brings style and protection against coolness and wind.
So as not to spoil anything, flax - in addition to being a 100% natural and ecological fiber (its cultivation does not require water or pesticides) - has perfect properties for summer: it is light, breathable and thermo-regulating!

One of the last weaving factories in France

As you know, France is the 1st world cultivator of flax (this fiber is cultivated in the North of France).
For weaving, we have found here one of the last workshops in France.
It was not an easy task because almost all the "downstream" know-how of culture has disappeared in France (weaving in particular), to the benefit of Italy or Asia.

The linen specialist since 1835

We are therefore very proud to announce the arrival of the 5th oldest Textile company in France among our partner workshops: Lemaitre Demeestere.
The company is labeled "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" and "Masters of Linen" (a label that brings together certified companies that have chosen 100% European traceability).
