Where are your products made?

All our products are made in France, Italy and Scotland. We work exclusively with subcontractor workshops working usually for Luxury Houses. To learn more, please go here.

Why do Luxury Houses workshops work with Atelier Particulier?

The workshops we work with are independent of the big Luxury Houses. All major Houses subcontract qualified craftsmen for part of their collections. It is these independent workshops we visit, and that we have convinced to work with us.

Why are you much cheaper than these same Houses, with equivalent accessories?

We chose an innovative model, which cuts most of the costs of a classic textile brand. 

On the one hand, we operate without intermediaries; so without physical shops or distributors. 

On the other hand, we do not invest in Marketing (muses, advertising, etc.). 

In the end, we are able to offer equivalent parts to luxury for a price between 3 and 5 times lower. To learn more, please go here.

What types of materials do you use?

All the materials we use for our pieces are natural and noble materials : cashmere, virgin wool, natural linen, baby alpaca or Egyptian cotton Giza. 

Our material suppliers are mostly Italian; among them prestigious spinners such as Loro Piana, Vitale Barberis Canonico or Zegna Baruffa.

OPERATIONS

How does the site work ?

We offer 3 types of parts:

- Permanent essentials (eg belts, ties)

- Seasonal essentials (eg beanies, gloves)

- Limited Editions (indicated as such on the site)

In the event of stock-outs of an essential, we will try to restock some if possible. To find out if a restocking is planned, and on what date, go to the page of the relevant product in the e-shop.

In case of out of stock of a Limited Edition, no restocking is planned. If you are interested, do not delay to order!

I do not receive your invitations, how should I receive them?

If you do not receive our e-mails, we invite you to check your spam and different tabs of your e-mail and to add [email protected] in your address book.

A product is sold out, will it come back?

We invite you to register directly via the link / button provided for this purpose in the product page concerned. We will inform you by email, once the product is available.

Do I have to create a customer account to order?

Yes, because it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your package online. You will also be notified when new products and exceptional events are released. To create an account, please go here.

I lost my password, what to do?

We will then send you an email that will allow you to create a new password.

I need to modify my order. How should I do ?

If you have a wrong address, color or size, it may still be possible to change it: contact us at [email protected]

Do you have a shop / reseller where I can try / buy your products?

No. We do not have a shop. And we do not work with resellers.

Why do not you work with resellers?

Our model is to create a direct link between luxury workshops and you, to offer you exceptional pieces at direct prices. Resellers represent a significant cost to a brand, which the consumer pays in the final price. By avoiding these intermediaries, we are able to significantly lower the final price for the customer.

Do you make ephemeral shops?

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments:

- By card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)

- By Paypal

- By having or gift card

When is my card charged for my order?

Once your order is validated.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We have no access to this information at any time. It is the Stripe company who takes care of it. Your data is perfectly secure.

How does a possible refund come in?

In case of refund, you will receive the amount by the same means as the initial payment.
