How long does it take to receive my order?

Unless stated otherwise in the product page (especially for pre-orders), orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

The day after the posting of a new item on the e-shop, this period can be extended up to 5 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you have to count:

- 1 business day for express delivery France (Chronopost)

- 2 to 3 working days for a classic delivery France (Colissimo)

- 3 to 7 working days in Europe

- 5 to 15 working days for the rest of the world.

How much does delivery cost in mainland France?

For France, it is necessary to count:

- € 3.90 for delivery in Point Retreat

- € 4.90 for home delivery.

From €120 of purchase, the delivery is offered to you in mainland France.

How much does delivery cost outside mainland France?

For Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria: flat rate of €10 per order.

For the United States and Canada: flat rate of €15 per order.

For the rest of the world: flat rate of €20 per order.

Note that for non-European countries, additional taxes can be applied to customs and remain your responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (valid on the La Poste website or our DHL partner).

How to return a product from mainland France?

We accept returns within 14 days.

From metropolitan France, returns are free.

1. Go to your personal area, section "My orders". Select the order in question, then the product (s) to return. Finally, indicate if you want an exchange or a refund. We only accept returns of new products and in their original packaging.

2. Once your return request has been validated, carefully prepare your package. YOU MUST insert your delivery note in the package, along with the returned products. If you lost it, please contact us at [email protected]

3. Print the prepaid return label received by e-mail and paste it on your package.

4. Finally, drop it at the post office of your choice.

Be sure to keep your tracking slip.
